Borislava Georgieva has 12 years of a successful career in the IT Industry as a Human Resource manager.  She was part of the management team in three tech international companies. Her leadership role encompassed managing people, products, and processes in an agile multicultural digital environment. Her passion for sharing experience and learning from each other leads her to be lecturer, article writer and to build 4 years ago the first group for HR professionals in the IT industry (HR#IT now has 900 members) for meet-ups and interactions. Borislava recently has founded her company HR#IT Talents for HR and IT consulting services, training, events, employer branding and more.
